Jay-Z has reportedly decided to support his close friend Rihanna by giving his seal of approval to her reconciliation with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
The hip-hop mogul has a close relationship with Rihanna, who is signed to his Roc Nation management label, and was furious when Chris brutally assaulted her in 2009. Despite recent reports Jay-Z had given Rihanna a warning not to reconcile with Chris or he'd drop her from the Roc, sources say he has had a change of heart and wants to support Rihanna with whatever she chooses to do.
"Jay-Z sees Rihanna like a daughter and has sent his right-hand man Jay to Barbados to see what's going on with her and Chris," a source told The Sun.
"She admitted they're pretty much back on and Jay told her they're all behind her and want her to be happy."
Rihanna was said to have hooked up with Chris last month while both were holidaying in Cannes.
